Established in 2021, the Dakota Honey Hole began as a small pheasant hunting operation located 15 minutes outside of Rapid City, South Dakota. With the goal of bringing more pheasant hunting to the western side of South Dakota, the Honey Hole offers a unique experience compared to the average East River hunting preserve. Sitting on maintained acreage with a clear view of Black Elk Peak, the property blends classic prairie terrain with picturesque Black Hills scenery. Strategically surrounded and intergraded within the property is over 3 miles of mature shelterbelts that provide ideal habitat and walking lanes. The Dakota Honey Hole delivers top-notch pheasant hunting without needing to cross the Missouri.
